Strike Pro America
introduces two new lure models for the United States market. Named
the Buster Jerk and the Big Bandit, these lures are of a new
category of lure called a “glide bait”. Unlike traditional lure
designs that work in either a linear or vertical motion, “glide
baits” have a unique side-to-side motion that mimics a wounded bait
fish. The lures are slow sinking allowing the angler to work the
lures at any depth.

Strike Pro America is proud to
receive the High Hook Award for 2007 from Saltwater Sportsman
magazine for the Flex X. The award is given for the year's
most innovative fishing product and is divided into categories
such as electronics, safety, accessory, reel, rod, line, lure,
etc. The Flex X lure won the award in the lure category.
About the Flex X: The Flex X was
originally introduced in 2005, but has gone through a significant
redesign to give it a more realistic action, particularly with a
slow retrieve. The Flex X comes equipped with VMC ultra sharp
treble hooks. Because of its minnow-like shape, two sizes, and
eleven available colors, the Flex X may be the most versatile hard
bait on the market today. Whether it’s chasing saltwater species
such as redfish, spotted seatrout, or snook or freshwater species
such as bass, walleye, pike, or muskie, the Flex X comes in a size
and color to target just about any American fish species.
